Great report MSY-MSP, welcome to FlyerTalk. I don't have any complaints with such a fine piece of literature as the report you have submitted but in the future you may want to talk a bit more about interior schemes, overall service and food quality (read a report by Seat 2A for an example of this) as these qualities tend to vary the most from airline to airline (everyone goes to the airport, checks in, boards the plane, etc.) Keep the reports comming!
