Came in from HKG Monday on BA 28, I was shocked how bad the "service" was. No automated line was working and the place was undermanned to deal with the first flights of the day.
I don't meet such lines in China where I travel most of the year and in HK I have automated clearance as a GBR passport holder.
The International clearance desks were out of the hall. And London is hosting the 2012 Olympics - really are going to make the visitors feel welcome.
Really? I fly into China and HK a lot and find China to be ok but HK is generally a nightmare... Do you have the "frequent visitors" card? Contemplating getting one but not sure how easy it is to do...
