My opinion: good coffee in the air is not really possible. The boiling point of the water is too low. The coffee has been ground ages ago. It is drip coffee (yuck).
I rather have tea in the air...

Ever fly Lufthansa? The coffee is actually quite good. Further, its not really drip - its more like perk or espresso in some ways.
