It seems the pet situation has been getting out of hand lately. I don't know how many times I've seen pets (not service animal) walking around the terminals. On the plane, it seems that a majority of pet owners ignore that their pets should be kept in their carriers during the flight, instead allowing their dogs to rest at their feet, or "hide" under a blanket. FAs do not seem to discourage this and I've been given the evil eye if I make a complaint. Sad society where pets and their owners are getting so much leeway. I guess if I step in a "present", I should consider myself lucky to receive such a wonderful gift!
