I'll be at this property at the same time, although checking in later today. I decided to use my 2 free suite nights from the Hyatt card to confirm a suite and then attempted to upgrade with points for the other two nights. That was denied in that the property said they don't allow point upgrades to suites. I thought that was standard Hyatt policy to accept them?! Maybe only for certain inventory. Anyhow... I wasn't expecting a comp'ed upgrade as a Diamond here, especially since it's summer tourist season.

Looking forward to the Diamond breakfast though at the new Nomi.
