I always found the Starbucks inflight brew to be reasonably decent. At least one could taste the coffee, rather than the CO and other carriers "flavored water" (or worse!). Best was the decaf UA Starbucks brew -- always "just brewed" so nice and strong flavors. Am a predom int'l flyer -- can't believe post-dinner on a long-haul we're now stuck with instant coffee.

I'm really starting to dislike UA!
