Thank you for that. Being as I'm under 5' tall, I do like to have a cabin bag down near the seat as it's a tough reach for me to get into the overheads. The lack of floor storage for row 83 makes 82 a much better option!
I would go with 82 A/C as the serving cart is directly behind 82 D/F. Not sure if it would bother you as it's a couple of feet back and with the jet noise you probably wouldn't notice it anyway but as long as you have a choice why not. I thought it was funny that I wasn't allowed to store my small carry on in front of my seat as it would be blocking an emergency exit yet they have a large serving cart bolted to the floor in front of 83 D blocking an emergency exit.
