You want to discuss bassinets? LOL.

LH's booking engine is a shambles for families travelling with kids. You can have a bassinet seat booked since Jan and it will disappear a day before your flight like it has for me today.

Oh, and calling doesn't help either as phone staff are quite clueless anyway and can't sort anything out. Give me SQ any day... much more professional in every sense when it comes to booking a bassinet seat and keeping that allocation.
