Yes Cap1. If you spend $10,000/year with Cap1 you accumulate 20,000 points which equals $200 towards travel (and they are very flexible when it comes "travel related" charges) or GC's. If you spend $10,000 with Citi, you can accummulate between 10,000 and 12,000 pts (if you strictly use it to buy groceries, gas and other items accumulating 1.2 pts/$). 10,000 to 12,000 equals $133 to $160 in travel or $100 to $120 in GC's (sometimes even less if you redeem for $25 or $50 GC's). So Cap1 points here are worth anywhere between 25 and 50% more than TYP's. AF fee Cap1=$69, AF Citi TYP with 1.2 pts/$=$125. The no AF options with Citi obviously do not have same redemption or earning value as above.
