That's because VS isn't in Star Alliance and ANA doesn't support them. For VS I think you have to call up ICC.

Also, VS don't fly LGW-MIA - that flight leaves from LHR.

So is there no way of checking other than through ICC? KVS or the like not cover it? Recently lost all patience with the ICC due to what I think now turns out to be married segments!
