The important thing with tablets in cockpit is there needs to be a plug for power. If the pilot puts the tablet in suspend instead of turning it off, it'll drain the battery slowly. You cannot afford to have times when the pilot needs the manual and the ipad cannot turn on because of low battery.

Are there power outlets on the B737?
