As I understand it, LH now have a policy that states you must keep your seatbelt fastened at all times, which seems sensible.

Just wondering though, how do they apply this for lap infants? Is it the same, i.e. if you're trying to keep them quiet and still then they have to be strapped to you, but if they're running up and down the aisle screaming then that's OK or are the crew more relaxed about it (the first option obviously, not the second.)
