Than you so much for being able to express what I have felt ever since I read that thread. The cold arrogance and self-importance of many of those in that thread absolutely stunned me, and I just shrugged it off, thinking that perhaps this was just another example of the nature of so many Americans in the present political and cultural climate. The pride of some of those people in being "elitist snobs" just blows me away. Good breeding always shows, as does bad. The first was sadly lacking throughout that thread.
