Sorry - another SIN thread from me...

Am going to be flying from Borneo to Singapore with the wife & kids. We'd booked a people carrier with child seats to get us from the airport to the hotel but I then noticed that the number 36 bus stops right outside the door of where we're staying.

Given the time it takes the chauffeur to escort you to the pick up area, he then recovers the car, I'll then probably have to fit child seats and finally we're starting our trip into the City, I'm wondering about just hopping on the bus. We'll only have carry-on luggage and it'll cost us less than $5 vs the $75 for the car, too!

I'd probably shy away from the idea if we were flying in from a long haul, but this seems like a deal....

Before I cancel the car, I'm happy for people to try and convince me otherwise!
