My flight on the 25th (EWR/MUC) still had not posted as of today either, although my connecting LH flight (also on 6/25) to FCO posted 6 days ago!

I called the Service Center this morning and was told my ticket number was not valid. After some investigation, they finally found my flight info and said the missing miles would post by tomorrow.
