We are staying at the NY Hilton for 3 nights later this month. It is convenient since our NYC office is 'right across the street'. But given the treatment of HH Diamonds and the review of the lounge, I'm not looking forward to it. I am really wondering why the management, after so many complaints of HH Diamonds on FT and Tripadvisor, didn't try to turn the tide.
