I don't believe there is any *A service between Oz and MLE, I'd be very surprised if you'd be able to get any kind if stopover to there.

To be honest I'd be grateful to get to MLE in a premium cabin at all if I were you! I will think you'll find availability to be very tight unless you're very flexible date wise
