Don't forget Aeroplan, but their charges and miles go up from July 15, so if you are going to book to BKK, do it now, with 2 stopovers, 1 in Europe and 1 in Asia. Look up availability on ANA or CO or AC and then while you have the agent online, transfer the points and book at once.
