$250 e-certs seem to be the standard for folks who got caught in the meltdown of June 17th. We were stranded at LAX for the night and I was offered $250 in e-certs per passenger.
I'm still waiting to hear on reimbursement for hotel for the night. Was told to submit it to refunds, but they (after a week) passed it on to customer care, where it has been for another week. Regardless of when they cut the check, I wish they'd at least tell me that they will be paying, as promised.
