Does LH have meal window bands for different meal times on longhaul services?

Have had a look in the Business / First menu thread and couldn't work out if there was a supper service window separate to the dinner window (e.g. some carriers have simplified meal services on supper flights to maximise sleeping time). Looking at flying LH F ex USA.

Have noticed that menus seem to be grouped, e.g. all East Coast USA & DTW-Germany services have the same menu for similar flight timings. E.g. would a service ex ORD have any difference to one ex JFK?
