Indeed. DHS is pushing for more and more segregation of passengers. Some would take this as a sign of DHS's hostility toward foreigners and US persons who are non-US citizens and that it is aimed to eventually hit US citizens as well. The general DHS trend is not that of treating more people equally -- it is to treat more people unequally, even when there is a lack of any grounds for reasonable suspicion, let alone probable cause, about an individual's action(s) being a violation of law.
