I guess another option for me would be to use some *A miles. But this would mean that I would be redeeming from both aliances. *A goes to singapore and singapor eis a hub to the Maldives. But i;ve heard that it's impossible to obtain a premium seat on sing with *A.
I guess I will need to re-evaluate and change destinations.
