So, does anyone know whats the service like on ERJ-145 or will be on ERJ-170 in Business on Alitalia? Do they serve a snack? What about champagne (and how nasty is it on the count of 1 to 3, 1 being nasty 3 being KLM's awful excuse for cyonide, Spanish-made Codorniu).
