As to 33" Business Class, I totally agree, it is abismal for Business Class when one connects from 60" WBC for instance, however, have you flown KL C on Intre European? Its just the same, only KL seats are fabric (AZ is leather), they have 2+3 configuration, and since June they are reconfiguring C Intra European to 3+3 (same as coach), when AZ is still 2+2 like US First Class. So...its all relative
