I find no flaw in that concept.
I am not surprised that some here would not see the flaw in her argument. However, no system of screening could be devised that could be effective if people were able to control if they are "touched" or not.
You may ask for this or that gender to screen you, but without knowing the screener who touches you in great detail, your plan to avoid someone who receives satisfaction from doing their job may very well backfire. You may in fact choose someone who DOES enjoy it, regardless of their gender or yours.
And what do you do if you as the passenger wishes no one touch you who is involved in screening?
