Shouldn't be a problem checking bags all the way to LAS? Also, will US charge me for bags on the return to LAX even though I'm a 1K?
1. No, it's not a problem. But FT is full of threads about complaints when bags are lost interline on separate itineraries. Basically, the carriers then point fingers at each other and pax can't ever get to the bottom of it.

2. No. US won't charge you for the bag -- it's a benefit of being *G.
