United's response to my email
Per the advice suggested here, I sent a long email to United detailing what happened to my family of 4 on this trip. They responded with a nice email and four $250 e-certificates off future United metal US flights good for 1 year. I appreciate United's response, but just curious what the experts here on FT think- is this inline with what others have gotten with similar canceled flights?
