If there's a fee for something, I still tip (assuming the employee isn't rude) but if there a posted sign saying the employees don't accept tips, I don't tip. I don't think anyone's even brought up whether the skycaps make more money on the traditional tip system or whatever increased hourly wage they got, but your point wasn't the welfare of the skycaps but rather the "nickel and dime" charges your wife paid.

As for stocking milk on flights to MCO, honestly if you stock milk to MCO then the same parents going to LAX to see Mickey at his other house will pitch a fit because they had milk "on the other flight." nothing ticks people off more than inconsistency. Why pay for milk that never is consumed on other flights, or throw an extra set of inconsistencies into the mix, when there's a very easy solution in buying milk at the airport if you need it?

The airlines aren't cookie-cutter and no two have the identical fees, amenities and items offered for sale. I'd chalk this up to two different businesses doing things two different ways and maybe your wife can focus on having had a pleasant flight.
