In the end, I think it will come down to whether the OP wants to see the capital city of the USA or one of its more underrated cities.
Do not make a vacation destination decision on the in-flight entertainment of the airline you're flying. You'll be in the air for 7 hours. You'll be at your destination for 4 days.
