The person on the phone was, I think, bit amused that the rumours are out there, but could not tell me much. I learned the following - changes will be announced by mail in late July or August. The card I have (FB Plat) will not be charged more. Apparently there will be more benefits, but I am skeptical. He was not very clear about changes to award miles and eager to learn about my colleagues impressions who have French FB Amex cards (not very happy) and my own preferences.
