Don't worry, breakfast is included with the lounge access. You can actually choose whether you want to take it in the lounge (yes, please!) or at the restaurant downstairs.
BTW, if you decide to book the Sofitel suite I stayed in (the one shown on the photo you added to your post), your A|Club Gold will give you a great upgrade to the amazing looking Prestige suite.
