Just a couple of random rules:
- don't overeat
- eat less often, but more (contrary to what diet gurus say about eating little, but more often)
- skip breakfast entirely, have a big, big lunch, and then a very light dinner like sushi, fruits, and wine
- cut down on fat as much as possible
- try to drink more wine than beer
- no junk food like burgers and pizzas unless I make them myself, out of quality ingredients, and even then I only eat stuff like rarely - haven't had any in the last 12 months in fact
- no added sugar in juices
