I took advantage of the Visa Signature upgrade to Gold. After listing 3 airlines for miles, I decided to switch my preferred airline to receive miles.

However when I went into the Double Dip Earning Style screen and clicked on Points and Miles (where I had already signed up) there was no option of airlines or preferences.

How do I get back to the screen that lets me select a preferred airline to accrue miles?
