I am a bit surprised too -- I never indicated I had determined fault either way, as I didn't see what led up to the shouting match. In my uninformed opinion, it was probably the guest's fault for calling an employee an obscenity in the first place.

I'm disappointed at the general boorishness of my fellow travelers these days, and I especially expect good behaviour from club guests or elite flyers.
