It may well be a legitimate rate. Don't know what date this is for, but putting in a random date (15JUL), the Virtuoso/BAR for that night is 1400 CNY or $216. So you may have found a legitimate promotional rate. Is it a pre-paid, non-cancellable rate? Was it through a wholesaler? What date?

Beijing is very overbuilt (they created capacity for the Olympics, now no longer needed).
