Ain't that the truth. I think I'm still feeling sick from eating "Chinese Food" in Mt. Vernon, Iowa seven years ago.

Also, here's another. When I say "I want it as spicy as possible" I mean it. Not sort of spicy. Not "oh I'll take a sip of water" spicy. I want my nose to run and my chest to feel like it's on fire for at least an hour afterward. The skin peeling off my lips is possible. I ordered some Thai noodles today and they told me it was a "10" on the spicy scale. I'd say 6.5 tops.
