Hello. I have an 18 hour layover in Tokyo and need some ideas on what to do. Here are the details:

Arrival to Narita on July 31, JAL #61 Business Class, 4:50PM
Depart from Haneda on Aug 1, CK 543, Business Class, 10:30AM

My first thought is to take the Limo bus from Narita - Haneda and stay at the JAL Hotel Handea, possibly take one of the trains into Tokyo for dinner, walk around etc.

Any other ideas?
