We also didn't get our €12 vouchers - so a polite email sent to customer services. I also made a point of having my silver bag tag prominently facing the check in desk! The difference between c/e and e/t is not great to begin with. At Naples it's eroded even further with a lack of lounge and the bus boarding taking away any "at leisure" boarding benefit. So I was getting checked in ASAP!!
