Returned from FCO with the missus on Tuesday and there was a huge snaking queue at the BA check-in desks.. but nobody at all in front of the Club check-in desks, so we queued in front of those and also received some rather hostile glances. As soon as one of the club desks becamse free, a large chap in the regular queue tried jumping over, but was told to move back and wait, and we were beckoned forward.
