Great report, as usual. We've done the Zephyr run a few times - once even stopping in Glenwood Springs for a few days. Sad to hear the service has slipped.

Trust you enjoyed your visit to the California Railroad Museum. This was the highlight of our last trip to SMF (well at least for my son and I, less so for Mrs. yyzflyer). Ironically we got there on AA rather than Amtrak.
