Don't hold your breath about that Adelaide-Melbourne train ride, fairly ordinary I think. Wait a few years and save up for the Ghan (currently Adelaide to Alice Springs) which is being extended to Darwin. Now that will be a train trip!The track is already over half finished and quite an engineering feat.
