Yes I meant Air Asia when I wrote AA. Sorry for the confusion.

The trip will originate with the Air Asia flight from Delhi to Bangkok. I would then have a 4 hour layover to catch a Bangkok Airways flight to Laos.

We are hoping to carry on our bags so checked bag transfer might not be a problem. But, this is a low cost carrier and a delay is certainly possible.

Other options would be to fly Kingfisher at 1:40AM or Cathay Pacific at 4:00AM to Bangkok.
