In fairness to UA Insider, I don't believe it's ever been stated that UA is ready to have an open thread for members to post and receive direct answers to their questions. Rather than create a false and unfair sense of service when none exits I will close this thread.

I suspect UA Insider will open a thread if and when they are able to accomodate requests such as this.
