Priority Tags at RDU almost guarantee your bags to be in last load to hit the belt... I only check when int'l, so once per month and I've seen my bags come out once in the first batch over the past year. I am going to decline the tags on my next trip... don't see any benefit. They are just about as effective as the "Sky Priority boarding" was and we know how well that worked.
