yes, it changed a few years ago. It used to be that all LH.co.uk bookings were charged in pounds, even for bookings that originated outside the UK. Now when i book a return HEL-BHX-HEL the site charges me in euro.

The credit card surcharges might vary though.

I tried ebookers.com and found they had lower LH prices than LH's own site (LH site could not find the cheapest fare classes). And their credit card surcharge was different (7pence if I remember. makes you wonder why they bother with a tiny amount like that).
