I agree with the OP ... so many awful things about CVG.

- The restrooms are almost always spotless. This is an airport, not a five-start hotel.

- The ground crew, GAs, people at check-in, etc. are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The staff as CVG need to learn from the folks in ATL how to treat customers like dirt. We wouldn't want passengers getting used to nice service.

- The hallways are spacious and uncrowded. I would lose my edge in ATL, LAX, and JFK fighting through crowds if I connected in CVG too often.

- I almost never miss an upgrade through CVG. What's wrong with this airport?! It's hard to sit in the big seat up front ... to much room.

CVG really is a horrendous place to fly through. I don't know why anyone would ever go through there.
