Just completed a recent stay at the sheraton imperial. Was my first time in KL so was not sure what to expect. Was pre upgraded to an executive suite. As a plat, given the option of breakfast in lounge or at the main buffet. I did not use the lounge at all, so I cannot comment on the quality of offering. I thought the main buffet breakfast suited my taste, and felt that they offered a high quality offering. I had no complaints about the plat offerings, the breakfast, etc. Location might be an issue for a first time visitor, but I did not mind the location. On a return visit to KL after a short break in Bali, I stayed a couple of nights at the Westin, which probably for a first time visitor to KL, would be more preferable. But I would recommend this hotel.
