Interesting.....I was told by the CSR evening supervisor just 2 days ago that they always send cards by mail and that it's only the postal strike that's delayed this - I believe he called it a "crisis" for them in trying to get out all these cards they've been issued.

Ah - just called them back [I]again[I]to see what's up, and now it seems our card was approved for overnight courier yesterday. Wow. After approval June 10, and problably close to a dozen phone calls by us to Amex Cda. Fingers crossed!
