I agree on that. By having a lower fare (but making it up on a passenger usage fee), it also permits NK to always be the come up as lowest in the search sites (travelocity, expedia, etc. compared to other legacy carriers), giving them a huge advantage, which is misleading to consumers and is unfair to competitors.
I think the expectation for pax to buy at the airport ticket counter, but then print the boarding pass online (to avoid the boarding pass fee that will soon be implemented) is ridiculous.
