Enrich Online Redemptions
Is there a known problem with premium class redemptions on the Enrich website?
I'm trying to redeem a one-way business class award EZE-CPT on Aug 17. The website shows availability in Business Class for 34000 miles but when I click on the continue button I just get an error message that they are unable to price the itinerary. Choosing economy class allows the redemption process to continue. I've tried quite a few dates and always get the same error when trying to redeem a business class award.
